About Philip LeNir
Phil LeNir is co-founder, along with Henry Mintzberg, of CoachingOurselves. Phil LeNir has designer and deployed peer-coaching program for 8 years and has delivered workshop and webinars on peer-coaching throughout Canada, US, Japan and Europe. Phil wrote a book on Social and Informal Learning for Managers in Japanese published in Japan.
Prior to CoachingOurselves, Phil spent 15 years in management positions in high-technology companies specializing in speech-recognition systems. Phil has a patent on Speech Recognition and Speaker Verification using distributed speech processing. He holds a Masters of Management and Honors Engineering degree from McGill University in Canada.
