Presented by: Mark Sachs
Tuesday, November 17, 2015
Duration: 60 Minutes
As OD practitioners we often work with clients who have difficulty setting boundaries and limits with others. One of the most difficult things that many people have is to tell others what they want from them. At work, effective boundary setting can increase productivity, teamwork, morale, and the bottom line. Effective boundary setting can also be beneficial in personal relationships. And by the way, sometimes we have our own issues with setting effective boundaries.
In the webinar you will learn:
- Examples of setting a boundary
- Why it can be difficult to set them.
- Basic affirmations that can help us be successful.
- The most important steps to effectively set and maintain them.
