Smart leaders know that they would greatly increase productivity and innovation if only they could get everyone fully engaged.
What if the methods to accomplish this were very simple and easy for anyone from the frontline to the C-suite to use? What if you could work at the top of your intelligence even as you create the same possibility for others? What if all this dreaminess was possible without expensive investments, complicated training, or difficult restructuring?
Once introduced, what if these same methods reduced the need for expert consulting, promoted self-sufficiency, and enduring creative adaptability? Would you use them in your practice? What would you do with all your free time?!
