Are communication misfires, avoidance, or indirect communication preventing your teams from reaching their full collaborative potential? Many times, this comes down to a lack of specific behaviors that when agreed upon by the team, help to support healthy interactions. What if you had a common behavioral language that helped you to improve behavioral accountability, translate values into action, and enable healthy collaboration? This webinar is ideal for OD/HRD professionals and C-suite members who are interested in learning about integrating a behavioral platform – or operating system – that enables regular, honest dialogue between individuals and across the organization.

With increasing diversity and the need for better collaboration in highly-volatile conditions, organizations that leverage a common behavioral language to increase awareness, accountability, and agility will have a distinct advantage. Join us to learn about the roots of an innovative win-win behavior model researched and developed by Temenos’s Founder, Dr. Irv Rubin. See how to use the model to enable a truly shared experience that can make healthy dialogue a sustainable, competitive advantage that will support all aspects of organizational improvement. You will also learn how the behaviors in this model are being used around the globe to improve relationships, team communication, and customer/patient experiences.

Sign up now to learn why a behavioral operating system is the next frontier in healthy organizational interactions!
